Sweet Cheeks is a paleo blog filled with yummy, mouth-watering, easy to prepare, fun to serve, recipes. For those unfamiliar with the term “paleo” it is, basically, caveman style eating. Meaning, going back to our roots. Eating lots of fish, meat, fruits, veggies, nuts. And little to no grains.
Those of you already off of wheat, barley, rye, and other gluten ingredients may find you still have trouble with grains. Chips might give you a stomach ache. Gluten free pizza crust might leave you with bloat. You might feel, just . . . not right. Here at the Gluten Free RN, we feel that. And this is why we were so excited to find Sweet Cheeks.
