This class is for anyone who has already taken our introduction class or for anyone interested in gaining a greater knowledge on celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Nadine will cover a broad range of topics including; evolving the gluten free diet, eliminating all hidden gluten, becoming your own advocate, re-gaining physical and mental health, finding additional treatments, and much more!
