The class is $20 and will include a demonstration on how to bake a gluten free pie from local fresh ingredients. This lecture will take place at the First Alternative Co-op on September 21 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.

Aug 26-28 Nadine will be running Hood to Coast. If you are in the area come cheer her on, she will be running on a team with other gluten free individuals and it should be a fun event. We will post pictures shortly after the event.

The Gluten Free RN team and a handful of volunteers will be at the Benton County Fair. Our booth will be inside the main building; we will have fun games, information, and samples. We will be there August 3rd – 6th from 12-10 pm, come by and see us!
