The Gluten Free RN team and a handful of volunteers will be at the Benton County Fair. Our booth will be inside the main building; we will have fun games, information, and samples. We will be there August 3rd – 6th from 12-10 pm, come by and see us!

June 17 & 18: Epic Relay
Follow the Go Gluten Free For Good Team as they race across the Willamette Valley!
The Go Gluten Free For Good Team has expanded! 9 new members have been added to the team and you can watch them race from Portland to Eugene, Oregon June 17 and 18.
Our team is participating in the Epic Relay, Nadine is running part of this relay and would love everyone’s support. Come cheer Nadine on as she runs her leg of the race through Corvallis. Nadine will start running from downtown Corvallis and make her way out towards Eugene on HWY 34. The race is a relay so the exact time Nadine will start her leg in Corvallis is unknown. Once the race starts we will know more… stay tuned for more details!

In situations of natural disasters the government will not be able to feed those who have food allergies. They are simply not prepared to feed the celiac and gluten intolerance community.
Join us - As Nadine Grzeskowiak, RN, CEN, presents a lecture on how to prepare for a natural disaster while living a gluten free lifestyle. Nadine will present how to put a 72 hour emergency kit together and what to do if you are separated from those supplies.
