Dear friends: We at Gluten Free RN are going to be having a booth at the Benton County Fair and are searching for volunteers to help keep the booth staffed. The fair runs August 4th through 7th (Wednesday through Saturday), 12 noon to 11 pm Wed., Thurs., & Fri., and from 12 noon to 12 am on Saturday.
Gluten Free RN staff will be present at the fair, but we’re going to need help filling all the hours, answering basic questions, and passing along brochures and information to all the booth visitors.

Presentation on the basics of gluten intolerance and celiac disease and what it means to lead a gluten free lifestyle. The course will be hosted at the Gluten Free RN office at 215 NW 4th Street between 12 and 1pm for $25. Gluten free goodies will be served.
Last week the Corvallis-Benton Chamber crew stopped by for a ribbon cutting at the new office. A great group of people and an exciting milestone for Gluten Free RN.
Currently, it is estimated that 1:100 Americans has celiac disease. Of those, only 3% have been diagnosed. Are you one of the 97% undiagnosed? Come spend an hour with me and learn the basics of gluten intolerance and celiac disease and what it means to lead a gluten-free lifestyle. Gluten free goodies will be provided.
