Brad Loveland will teach you how to make Gluten Free Pies for the Holidays!
Firefighter for 26 years + Baker for 46 years = Mighty Fine Pies!!!!
Class will be held:
- Sunday, November 23rd, 2008 from 1pm - 3pm
- at 845 NW Antelope Pl., Corvallis, Oregon
- MUST pre-register by calling 541-602-1065 or contact me via email.
Brad will teach how to get a gluten free kitchen, mix the flours, roll out the pie dough, review of ingredients and mixes available, creating the filling and using alternative ingredients when necessary. Brad will have handouts for recipes and recommendations for cookbooks. Come join the fun and learn to make wonderful pies.
You will make pies and then eat them! The best part.
Come with questions and a hunger for THE BEST PIES- gluten free or not!
